Long
Range Planning Committee
Long Range Planning Committee's (KBLRPC)
planning process brings forward the following
recommendations
and observations to KB's Executive Committee for further consideration
and action. These recommendations are based upon those needs and desires
most consistently agreed upon through the survey processes and the various
group discussions held over the last year, and represent the consensus
of those who attended the open KBLRPC meeting held on November 13th, 2002,
regarding Administrative Support and Leadership.

The Kahal B'raira Long Range Planning Committee
was established in 2000-2001 to provide a means to focus on the issues
we address as a congregation. A member survey was created and distributed,
and the findings were summarized and presented on November 18, 2001.
As next steps, the Long Range Planning Committee requests member comment
and input, and that the various working committees and the Executive Committee
incorporate and address the findings that are relevant to their areas of
concern.
The open-ended questions were coded
and are presented in this table.
