Notes about Cash/Check: Payment in advance of the seder is required. You can pay by mailing a check to Kahal B'raira, c/o Jaffee Associates, 25 Harvard Street, Worcester, MA 01609 or bringing cash or a check to a future KB Sunday.

Notes about PayPal: If you select PayPal, please make sure to enter your email address on this form and we will email you a PayPal invoice. The PayPal option is available to all, not just those with PayPal accounts. PayPal charges us a 3.2% fee, so if you wish to use PayPal, a 3.2% fee will be added to your total charge.
